Cancellation Policy:

Once your lesson is confirmed, coach KT fully commits to your time slot and will decline other students for that time.  Please understand that when you forget, late-cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, the coach miss the opportunity to fill that time slot with other players.

For Private Lessons:

• Cancelling within 24 hour before the lesson: FULL lesson fee
  
• Cancelling within 48 hours before the lesson: $400
  
• Cancelling outside 48 hours: $100 (court fee + admin fee)
  

For Group Lessons:

• A lot of effort has to be put in to arrange suitable times for different all students in group classes.  Therefore, once the lesson is confirmed and finalised, no changes can be made (coach KT will check with each student first before confirming the lesson).  Any cancellation or no-show by the student will forfeit full lesson fee

 

 

Inclement Weather Arrangement:

• In the event of inclement weather (rain, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above hoisted), you will notified via Whatsapp within one hour before the class
• No charges apply.  Classes will be rescheduled
